How to clean your skateboard Bearings, and Wheels

If you notice that your wheels do not slide and took out mencict voice, then it is time to perform cleaning maintenance.

1. Using a key "connector or a skate tool, remove the wheel from the truck.

2. Then, remove from the wheel bearings. To do this, almost no hooks back wheel axles (bearings must be linked to the ends of the axle), and disassemble wheels must be slowly, remove the dirt out of bearings. This requires extreme care as you might damage the bearings in the process. (But if you plan to dispose of the old pads and replace them with new ones, you can unload as hard as you want but make sure you do not damage the wheel.)

3. Once you have separated from the wheel bearings, now you can clean them separately.

4. To clean the wheel, use water or mild soap and water solution. Brush dirt from the wheels or just wipe them with a rag or towel. Check and remove dirt on and around the wheel. Dry the wheel with a cloth or towels.

5. Now, clean the bearings. Take one of the bearings and spray each end with a generous amount of Tri-flow Superior Lubricant. Do this on both sides of the bearing. Make sure that you are able to flush all the dirt on the inside and in between the ball bearings. Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the bearings.

6. After you are finished with all the bearings, you can pair one by one back into the wheel immediately or let them leak and dry first.

7. Reattach the wheel and bearing assembly back to the truck.

If you do not have time to do all this, you can clean the bearings while still inside the wheel. To do this, disconnect the wheels of the truck and spray the Tri-flow Superior Lubricant directly into the bearings. Pat down the wheel assembly to remove the lubricant in it. Then, reinstall the wheel back to the truck. While this cleaning pads, you may want to periodically remove the wheel bearing off for comprehensive care.

Cleaning your skateboard bearings and wheels will not only enhance your skateboarding experience, will also prolong your bearings 'and long wheel life'. This process may be rigorous but all business value.
